Back to the post ... yes, I just LOVE Toile - very country, Very French ... and what else is left then that's important ?
On a recent trip to Mt Isa with the kids for a school seminar/activity/sports day, I did manage to pop into the delightfully 'crammed with everything gorgeous' Chantilly Cream in Miles St.
Lisa and Jenny have been kind enough to stock some of my shabby chic pieces and truly have one of the prettiest stores I have EVER seen. I had to go back twice {to make sure I saw it ALL !!} and on the second day I went back to have a better look, {child free} I spied a beautiful toile jug and dish which now takes pride of place in the dining room.

I could have a WHOLE HOUSE of toile, but I don't think my husband or kids would really approve ... so for now I just drool over the images I find online ...
